Earlier this week, Honor Community Health was one of many health centers across the state that experienced an outage of our information technology systems. This outage impacted our electronic health records, email communications, accounting, and other systems. Though these systems are down, the important information they contain remains secure.
We are working diligently with our technology partners to restore our systems as quickly as possible. However, we may continue to impacted for several days. While our systems are down, Honor staff are using backup processes to ensure that we can continue to serve all patients. All Honor health center locations will remain open during their usual hours, however you may experience some inconveniences during the outage including longer than normal wait times for return calls and delays in appointment scheduling. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.
