If you need medical care when our health center is closed, please call (248) 724-7600 to reach our after-hours answering service. An on-call clinician is available to assist you.

• In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
• For mental health crises, call or text 988.

COMMENTS AND CONCERNS

If you have concerns or complaints regarding your care or treatment, and you would like to speak to a staff member or file a complaint or grievance, please call (248) 838-3651. If a staff member is unavailable, please leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and a brief message. Your voicemail will be answered within 1 business day. Alternatively, you can email: [email protected].

You may also file a complaint with the Health Resources and Services Administration or other appropriate regulatory agencies.
