National Health Center Week 2024

Every August, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) sponsors National Health Center Week (NHCW) to celebrate and increase awareness of America’s 1,400 Community Health Centers (CHCs). National Health Center Week is an opportunity to highlight the commitment and passion of Community Health Center staff, board members, and supporters who make it possible to provide quality, comprehensive healthcare services to more than 31.5 million patients across nearly 15,000 communities annually.

Honor Community Health is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Oakland County, serving over 45,000 unduplicated patients since inception in 2012 through twenty-one (21) locations, including (8) integrated primary and behavioral health centers, a dental location, mobile dental unit, and eleven (11) school-based health centers. Honor’s mission is to provide for the health and wellness needs of the underserved of Oakland County through the provision of comprehensive, integrated primary, behavioral health, and dental care.
