Michele Gale

Michele Gale, MS-CXM, is the Chief Experience and Operations Officer at Honor Community Health, where she leads enterprise operations, patient experience, and strategic initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, community-centered care. With over 15 years of leadership experience, Michele has a proven track record of driving service transformation, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation.

Before joining Honor, Michele served as Vice President of Consumer Experience at Health Alliance Plan (Henry Ford Health), where she developed and executed enterprise-wide customer experience strategies, built a CX Center of Excellence, and led initiatives that improved customer satisfaction and retention while delivering multimillion-dollar revenue growth. She also held key leadership roles at Trinity Health, including Regional Director of Consumer Engagement, Director of Telemedicine, and Director of Physician Relations. In these roles, she was instrumental in standardizing customer care processes, expanding digital health initiatives, and enhancing access across multiple markets.

At Honor Community Health, Michele oversees daily operations, strategic performance management, special programs, patient experience, and leads efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence. She brings expertise in journey mapping, omnichannel engagement, process optimization, and leveraging IT solutions to enhance care delivery and customer satisfaction.

Michele earned her Master of Science in Customer Experience Management from Michigan State University, a Bachelor of Science in Community Development/Health Sciences from Central Michigan University and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Michigan. She is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Passionate about improving the health of her community, Michele is committed to delivering equitable, high-quality experiences for patients and customers alike. She lives in Grand Blanc, Michigan, with her husband and dog, Barli. She has two adult daughters and four grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family.
