Honor Community Health will be hosting two more Sprout events which feature vouchers for locally grown vegetables and fruit. Patients who come for screenings will be able to receive a free voucher for their visit.

- September 18, 2pm – 4pm at Baldwin Family Medicine Center at 1701 Baldwin Avenue, Pontiac MI 48340
