The Oakland 360 Care Center, Honor Community Health’s Walk-In Center, is open 7 days a week; no appointment needed
Located within the new Philip Henry Health Center: 48980 Woodward Ave. Pontiac, MI 48342. Helpful tip: there is no entrance from Woodward Ave. When using GPS, use 96 N Cass Avenue, Pontiac, MI 48342 as the address to guide you into the center.
Hours for the Oakland 360 Care Center Center are:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 12:00p.m. to 7:00p.m.
- Wednesday, 8:00a.m. to 7:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday 11:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.
