Important information about accessing the parking lot at the Oakland 360 Care Center:

When traveling to the Philip Henry Center, it is helpful to put 96 N. Cass Avenue in your GPS because the Philip Henry Center is not accessible from Woodward Avenue. To enter the parking lot (see map below):

Access via N. Cass Avenue (southbound); left turn only into the parking lot.

OR

Access the parking lot via Cesar Chavez Avenue (northbound); right turn only into parking lot.

Honor Community Health, in partnership with the Oakland County Health Department, Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) and Oakland Livingston Human Services Agency (OLHSA) is pleased to offer services seven days a week through the Oakland 360 Care Center.

The Oakland 360 Care Center offers same-day services for non-emergency medical needs. Whether it’s a minor illness, injury, mental health issue, or other health concern, we’re here to help. *We accept walk-ins.

Services include Treatment for:

  • Medical Services (all)

  • Children’s/Primary Care
  • Dental Services
  • Pharmacy
  • Prenatal/Maternal Health Services
  • Behavioral Health Services 
  • Substance Use Services 

Common Symptoms and Infections:

  • Flu-like symptoms: headache, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, fever
  • Eye or ear infections
  • Upper respiratory tract infection, sinus infection, sore throat, cough, earache
  • Urinary tract infection
  • STI symptom management (we do not provide STI testing at the walk-in facility)

Testing and Diagnostic Services:

  • COVID, flu, and RSV testing
  • Blood pressure check and treatment
  • Last-minute sports/school physicals

Injuries and Physical Conditions:

  • Rash or minor burns
  • Shallow cuts or lacerations
  • Bites and stings
  • Bruises/abrasions
  • Sprains/strains

Exacerbation of Symptoms:

  • Asthma/allergies (e.g., acute asthma attack, severe allergic reaction)
  • Mental health distress (e.g., sudden increase in symptoms of anxiety or depression)

Behavioral Health Care

  • Mental health assessments and screenings
  • Counseling and therapy (individual, family or group)
  • Depression and anxiety treatment
  • Support for managing conditions like insomnia, obesity, substance use, and more
  • Collaboration with your primary care provider for whole person care
